Legal Requirements for the Purchase of Ammunition and/or Firearms.

Firearm Sales

    All firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in your state for pick-up by you.
   It will be necessary for you to arrange for a dealer to receive the shipment for you. It is required that they send us a ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY, IN INK of their FFL.
   The "legal age" requirements vary by state and will need to be verified by the dealer receiving the item for you.

Ammunition Sales

  You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase ammunition from Firearms Dealer, Inc..
    It is required that you send us proof of your age (a Xerox copy of your driver's license is preferred).
    You must also send us the following SIGNED statement:
       "I certify that there are no local, state or federal laws prohibiting my purchase or possession of ammunition."
